12498644 - High Performance Front Brake Upgrade Kit (Complete)
For use on 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; 2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Impala; 1997 - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. This kit includes caliper mounting brackets, 12 inch rotors and high performance front brake pads. This brake package improves driver feel and feedback.
Technical Notes: High Performance Brake Pads generate higher temperatures and can warp rotors if not allowed to sufficiently cool between severe uses. This brake package will not fit with stock "crosslaced" wheels. The spare tire may not fit on the front of vehicle with brake upgrade. Monte Carlo and Impala may have this brake package installed stock.

12498645 - High Performance Front Brake Pad Set
For use on 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; 2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Impala; 1997 - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. The same front brake pads are in kit 12498644. They can be used with stock rotors and calipers. The kit includes front brake pads P/N 18029828 and caliper bushings P/N 18024959.

12498646 - Heavy Duty Front Brake Caliper Bracket Set
For use on 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; 2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Impala; 1997 - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. This kit includes front brake brackets P/N 18029829, bushings P/N 18024959, and pins P/N 18046666. The same front brake caliper brackets, bushings, and pins are in kit 12498644. Rotors equivalent to kit 12498647 must be used with this kit. |

For use on 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; 2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Impala; 1997 - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. This kit includes two brake rotors. It has the same front brake rotors as kit 12498644. Caliper brackets from kit 12498644 or 12498646 must be used with this kit. |
